From root to flight

What’s the butterfly without the cocoon,

or a lofty oak tree sans its tiny seed?

The answer lies in the witchcraft of the moon,

that’s only seen when still and twilight meet.

Besides that, child needs mother, cry needs pain,

as happiness comes from the sweetest smile.

When things hear the faint tinkle of a chain,

they caper loosely for a little while.
